We are truly blessed in Birmingham with a plethora of cuisines from around the globe, so you’re never too far from your next delicious meal.

This restaurant is a popular favourite for a reason, so allow us to guide you in the direction of this fantastic independent serving some of the tastiest dishes in Brum.

Introducing Store 9.

Located on Hurst Street, Chinatown, Store 9 is the Cantonese Restaurant offering an authentic taste of Hong Kong.

Store 9 is an authentic Cantonese restaurant found in the heart of Birmingham and specialising in Cantonese roast meats. So if you love the likes of a Triple Roast (if you’ve never had one it’s a mouth-watering combo of roast duck, char siu pork, and crispy pork belly served on a bed of fluffy rice), this place is an absolute must for some of the most delicious roast meats you’ll find in Brum.

All of the roast meats are freshly prepared using time-honoured techniques to achieve rich flavour, juicy meats and perfectly crispy skin. There really is nothing better, and we highly recommend you go try these delicious meats for yourself.

Alongside their signature roast meats, you’ll also find other popular Hong Kong and Cantonese dishes such as Wontons Noodle Soup, Singapore Fried Vermicelli, Curry Fish Balls, Salted Duck Egg, Salt and Pepper Fries and lots more. Even if you’re not in the mood for roast meats there are plenty of tempting dishes to try, whatever your tastebuds are craving.

As well as their mouth-watering roast meats, they’re also known for their incredible Hong Kong desserts. These popular sweet treats like their French Toast (which is perfectly golden and fluffy with a hidden surprise of peanut butter in the middle) and Pineapple Bun are fun and tasty, and you can’t miss the refreshing Mango Pomelo Sago (a creamy and delicious mango drink made with mango puree, pomelo pulp and coconut milk) – the perfect way to finish your meal.

This place is a wonderful casual eatery, where you can grab a quick bite to eat or have a more leisurely meal with warm and friendly service and laid-back vibes. The decor is very much in a canteen style, very casual, and they even have a corner where guests can play Mahjong whilst they wait, adding to the relaxed, community vibe. If you’re looking for authentic, Hong Kong-style comfort food then this is the place to go.
